Dong Juan has always been one of my top choices when it comes to good food with wallet-friendly prices. Albeit the venue is quaint, it creates a homey feel especially when you are lucky enough to be dining at its non-peak hours. Having worked at Andres Abellana before, I have wished this restaurant existed when we were content with sidewalk food during lunch.
